We have started our activities in 1997 with the main objective of providing proactive, preventive and, above all, business oriented legal advice to Brazilian and foreign companies with investments in Brazil’s North Region.
Along more than 18 years of intense activity, we have closely followed all major transformations that positively affected the state of Amazonas and developed legal expertise oriented to the business context of the region. We work with emphasis on the Industrial District of Manaus and applicable legislation, but our vast range of services encompasses integrated advice in several areas, including civil, consumer, contracts, real estate, corporate criminal, labor and tax.

We operate primarily in the state of Amazonas alongside other states in the North Region, however we also facilitate business transactions in the main cities of Brazil. On that end, we work together with our partners in Aliança de Advocacia Empresarial (ALAE), Brazil’s largest and most prestigious network of law firms, present in most Brazilian states and Latin American countries.
Besides our main office in Manaus, we have a structured branch office in Brasília to support our regular demand of matters in progress before the superior courts, as well as local clients in the federal capital.
